Monthly Plan is applicable to orders in your subscribed area of Eats Pass: Taipei Eats Pass includes areas in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City, Taoyuan Eats Pass includes areas in Taoyuan City, HsinChu Eats Pass includes areas in Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County and Miaoli County, Taichung Eats Pass includes areas in Taichung City, Changhua County, and Nantou County, Tainan Eats Pass includes areas in Tainan City, Chiayi County, and Yunlin County, Kaohsiung Eats Pass includes areas in Kaohsiung city and Pintung county, Yilan Eats Pass includes areas in Yilan county, Hualien Eats Pass includes areas in Hualien County, Taitung Eats Pass includes areas in Taitung County, Penghu Eats Pass includes areas in Penghu County where Uber Eats operates.
Eats Pass membership will auto-renew every month (if you choose a monthly membership) or every year (if you choose an annual membership) beginning on your enrollment date, using your selected payment method.
You may cancel your Eats Pass within the applicable Uber App up to 24 hours prior to your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges (24 hours prior to you monthly plan expiry date if you choose monthly plan, 24 hours prior to you annual plan expiry date if you choose annual plan). If within 24 hours to your next scheduled payment, reach in app customer support for assistance.
To do this, go to the applicable Eats Pass section in the Uber App that you purchased your Eats Pass in and toggle off the "auto-renew" setting.
